Grey market data

GMP, Kostak and Subject to Sauda are informal quotes from unofficial market participants. They are not traded on any exchange, are not endorsed by SEBI, NSE or BSE, can change quickly, and may be wrong. Grey-market transactions have no legal protection. We neither facilitate nor encourage them.

Unlisted / pre-IPO shares

The Unlisted shares section is for information only. IPOPulse is not a broker, dealer or platform for unlisted shares: we do not buy, sell, hold or transfer them, take payments, or act for any buyer or seller.

Prices are indicative. They are collected from third-party platforms and public pages, can differ between platforms, change without notice and may be delayed or wrong. The price you actually get is set by the platform or seller.
Not regulated like listed shares. Unlisted shares are not traded on NSE or BSE, have no exchange price discovery or investor-protection fund, and can be hard to sell.
Lock-in after IPO. Pre-IPO shares are usually locked in for 6 months after the company lists, and the listing price can be lower than what you paid. A company may also never do an IPO.
Third-party platforms. “Buy / sell” buttons open other companies' websites. Any deal, payment and share transfer happens only between you and that platform, under its terms. Check the ISIN, the seller and the platform's credentials before paying.
Company details, financials and IPO plans come from public sources and may be outdated.

Coverage period

IPOPulse covers IPOs from October 2026 onwards (including issues that opened in late September and listed in October). IPOs that listed before 1 October 2026 are not included; every new IPO from here on is added as it is announced. Listing-performance figures and averages (such as average listing gain and GMP accuracy) are calculated only on IPOs in this period.

Accuracy

We take care to publish correct data, but figures can be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. Official sources (exchange notices, the RHP and the registrar) always prevail. Listing prices and subscription figures are shown as published.
